About Blair

Hi there, I’m Blair Nicole—CEO of an international PR agency, proud San Diego resident, freelance writer, and self-proclaimed force to be reckoned with.

I launched my PR agency in 2010 when I was a broke single mom who had just lost her job, her home, and (arguably) her mind. Since then, I’ve led my agency to new heights, and have had the opportunity to be featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, HuffPost and more.

But, I’m more than just a savvy businesswoman—I’m a world traveler, wife, mother, and enthusiastic mental health advocate. I hold an MA (Masters) in Counseling Psychology, I’m registered as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) in the state of California, and have worked work clients in a clinical setting providing trauma therapy and addiction recovery therapy.

I wholeheartedly believe that exploring the world, both internally and externally, can transform lives, and I practice what I preach. For the past 5 years, I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery, healing from complex trauma, and resilience; drawing strength from therapy, writing, and reconnection with my true self.

As a caretaker for my husband, who bravely battles Borderline Personality Disorder (or more accurately, complex PTSD), my commitment to mental health advocacy runs deep. My personal goal is to dismantle stigmas, raise awareness, and foster a world that embraces compassion and understanding for those navigating the labyrinth of mental health.

I hope that by sharing my journey, I will inspire meaningful conversation around important topics, and perhaps help others feel less alone.

So, fasten your seatbelts and get ready for an extraordinary journey. I hope that my story will challenge you, inspire you, and remind you that life’s battles can be won with resilience, love, and an unwavering dedication to your true purpose. Let’s make magic happen together!

(PS. I’m also available for Freelance Writing projects, PR and Thought Leadership campaigns, and Public Relations consulting. Email me at Blair@Blair-Nicole.com if you want to work together.)
